After the blow dart gun testing was underway, I let Dane continue on that while I got started cutting plexiglas sheets for the windows.
I’ve never done that before, but it seemed to go well. A metal cutting blade in the jigsaw and away it goes. You do have to be VERY careful not to scratch things, even with the protective covering on it. I think I gained a few scratches on one by moving it around and some of the saw grit being under it scuffing it up.
I was pleased with the fit and how the windows seemed to be tough and look like this material will work well for me.
Got four of them cut, and more paint on most of the frames. Would have gotten the rest of the side windows cut except the rain arrived. Kind of ironic to be cutting the windows to keep the rain out and have to stop due to rain.
