This blog will chronicle the journey of Greg and Dave, two lifelong friends as Dave helps Greg build a cabin cruiser made of plywood and fiberglass using a stitch and glue technique. We purchased the plans, kit and supplies from www.bateau.com.
Greg and Dave are building a boat… and doing a nice job of it. They both suffer from the "real life" problem and can’t do a lot any given week, but have been plugging away for some time. Check out their blog. I found several good ideas and tips scattered throughout. One I noticed was using a "fog spray" of paint over a surface that you are fairing to help you find the low spots.
Starting at the beginning is easier to catch up, in my opinion. Several of the earlier entries have videos that accompany them to help explain things.
