Another designer that I have followed extensively and drooled over. Mr. MacNaughton has a large collection of sail and power designs available as plans. He also does custom design work.

One of my major design criteria in choosing the design for my build was keeping the draft shallow. I want to river and coastal cruise and limiting draft was important to me. Our friends on the Pepi (one of Mark's V39 builds) are fixing to cross the Okeechobee Waterway in Florida. read more »
We've had links to Micronautical Designs before. They have some slick small craft for the home build/personal use market.
A recent comment pointed me to John Forney's Wooden and Skin-on-Frame W Boat Designs is a page with some slick designs that he is building out of simple aluminum (?) tubing and skin. Those of us interested in "alternative designs" will like these.
This article over Navagear has a brief writeup with a lot of "insider" pictures from the C-Dory factory. Some neat views of a boat that I keep coming back to. Hadn't heard of the new C-Dory Venture series... something else to research!
Here's a commercial site (Dubai based, I believe) that is probably out of the range of all of my readers, but can be good for an interesting surf... megayachts, personal subs, you name it. Pretty to drool over, anyhow :-)
