Great content, dismal execution and customer service

Mad Mariner and DIY Boatowner has a great product and perfectly terrible execution. Their customer service is abysmal. There is no one to answer the phones in the office or to assist customers. For example: they sell downloadable content however there is no one available to assist customers if there is a problem. They would be better off focusing on developing good content and outsourcing the fulfillment to Amazon or any of the many other companies that have this as a core business focus. At this rate, they will completely alienate their customers (and their advertisers) and be out of business in no time.
